Please email us at William@pboyzcaraudio.com to initiate a return order. Instructions will be provided and it will include a  RA# and a shipping label (if applicable). Please package your item(s) and ship the product per the instructions in the email.

Receiving packages depends on which shipping method you choose to receive your items. You will receive a tracking number upon the item being shipped.

Warranty

Amplifier Warranty information:

Your new Pboyz Car Audio amp is covered by a 2- Year limited warranty if purchased from an Authorized Pboyz Dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damages, improper wiring, abuse, operation of amplifiers outside of listed specifications, or any made modifications or repairs by anyone other than Pboyz Car Audio. Damage due to clipping and/or distortion (improper tuning) voids the warranty. Running the amplifier below the recommended ohm load will void the warranty. The warranty covers defects in material and/ or workmanship only. This warranty only covers the original owner, with proof of purchase.

All warranty returns must have original sales or invoice receipt. Contact Pboyz to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to sending back any returns. If Your amplifiers covered under warranty shipping both ways will be at no cost to you if you’re amplifier is replaced/or repaired outside a warranty or if no defects found your product must be returned to you at your cost for shipping both ways.

Subwoofers/ Midrange/Tweeters

Pboyz Car Audio Subwoofers are covered by a 2-year limited warranty if purchased by an Authorized Pboyz’s Dealer. This warranty does not cover improper installation, accidental damage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, or any modifications or repairs. This warranty does not cover burnt voicecoils or other damage from excessive power, improper installation, and improper enclosures, etc. Pboyz warranty covers defects in material and/or workmanship only. Warranty only applies to the original owner of the product.
